Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are added to each order based on your location.
  • Shipping fees are EGP 40 / order.
  • Enjoy Free Shipping on orders above EGP 800.

 

Shipping Times:

  • We do our best to deliver your order as fast as we can.
  • If you ordered before 2:00 PM you’ll receive your order in 24 hours.
  • If you ordered after 2:00 PM you’ll receive your order in 48 hours.

Shipping Exceptions for Orders made on Thursdays,

  • Because our shipping company is off on Fridays
    • If you ordered before 2:oo PM you’ll receive your order on next Saturday.
    • If you ordered after 2:00 PM you’ll receive your order on next Sunday.

 

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry, we’re here to help.

Being Eligible for Returns (Exchange)

  • Purchased items are non­refundable. You can only exchange the item with another one with a different size from the same model (or another model). This ensures people don’t order our items just to wear them.
  • Please try to fit the item without wearing it. This is for public hygiene’s sake. We assume all our customers don’t want to wear lingerie that was previously worn (even once).
  • You have 2 days (calendar days) to return an item from the date you received it. You can request a return by replying to the order confirmation email you received from us when you made your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in its original package.
  • You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase “Airwaybill”.
  • Allow us 2 to 3 working days to confirm the returned item is eligible for exchange.

 

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
